Identity safe missing after upgrade to V6

After upgrading to V6, the password that was used in V5 is not being being accepted, so all of the passwords are GONE.  Been on hold for 20 minutes and nobody in India is answerring.  Great service Symantec, keep up the good work.

Hi,

 

Sorry for the issue you facing.

 

Did you take a backup of Identity Safe Data before upgrading to V6????(Backup File in NPM format), if you had taken one then

you can create new vault with V6 product and import the NPM file back into the profile.

How did you upgrade to V6? Did you uninstall V5 or just install over the existing installation?
