Re: Norton Community website has slowed down

Hello Richard,
Yes, but even if you hit the "correct ring" if people are too lazy to get off their fat (deleted) and answer the phone - - you're going nowhere fast. Anyhow, I'm still noticing stubborn slowness, fan running up, and freezes accessing this site with XP Professional and IE 7. The time that it seemed like it was working better, I did not access the site at peak usage. I think I'm going back to something Send mentioned about the "Lithium Connection". I will explain why. On that same computer, I went to Verizon's Online Discussion Forum (to petition for the FUNimation Channel which they foolishly removed off of their network) and it was disgustingly slow as well. Come to find out, their forum is powered by Lithium as well. Seems like all fingers are pointing at you, Lithium. How will Norton address this? Is there any conceivable way that Norton could switch to another provider, or, has Lithium become entrenched? Why don't they use the same outfit that is behind Safe Web? I can access that site virtually problem free with XP Professional and IE7.
P.S.- You all thought that I forgot about this post didn't you?
