I am having a problem with my Play Store order

If you are having a problem completing the order for Norton Mobile Security at Google Play Store (formerly Android Market), make sure that you have good signal strength for the network that you are using (3G or Wi-Fi) to access the Internet. If you are using a Wi-Fi network, try switching to a 3G network or vice versa.
If the problem persists, try clearing the cache of Android Market and Norton Mobile Security app before you purchase it again.
- On the Home screen, tap Settings.
- Tap Applications.
- Tap Manage Applications.
- From the list of applications, tap Market.
If you cannot find Market app listed, tap the All tab or press the Menu key, and then tap Filter > All. - Tap Force Stop, and then tap Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- Press the Back key to return to the Manage applications list.
- From the list of applications, tap Norton Security.
- Tap Force Stop, and then tap Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- Exit the Application settings.
