I have been advised that requests to change a website country location are not currently available.

In the interest of accuracy, Safe Web is reporting the location of the site where it is hosted.  In the case of your website, http://www.babyonthego.co.uk/ , querying the location for the resolved IP address indicates that it is hosted in the USA.

An option might be to investigate if your site can be hosted on servers located in the UK.
