Symantec Hash Provider[ Edited ]

Hi, im having little trouble with Symantec Hash Provider, one of the services from NIS 2011
My PC performance monitoring software detected that it appears to be somehow not working properly, and im not sure is it a serious problem and does it need any involvement from my side. Only thing i believe could be a source of a problem, was I recently restored my PC using system image backup, but i reinstalled norton after doing that anyway. I attach the screenshot below.
od the driver tab, theres nothing besides "Start" button, which should start the process, but when clicked the error message appears with same content as shown above, and a box that allows to change the autorun mode of that service (boot, system, on demand etc)
NIS 2011 control panel does not seem to report any problems
Tried updating via LiveUpdate, did not help
System : Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit
