Can you please give us more information:-

1) Which OS you have installed Norton Antivirus? (XP, Vista or Win7)

2) Open ""FireFox"->"Options"->"Add-Ons"->"Extensions" and check whether "Norton Toolbar" is shown under it?

4) Did you had anyother Norton Product installed in your machine before installing Norton Antivirus 2011?

Did you install Norton Antivirus 2011 or Norton Internet Securty 2011 in your machine?

Norton Antivirus 2011 does not support Norton ToolBar, only Norton Internet Security 2011 or Norton 360 5.0 supports Norton ToolBar.



1) Installed Norton Internet Securty 2011, OS window XP service pack 3

2) Open ""FireFox"->"Options"->"Add-Ons"->"Extensions" and check whether "Norton Toolbar" is shown under it? YES, (NORTON TOOLBAR 2011.7.08 & Symatec IPS 3.0.

4) Did you had anyother Norton Product installed in your machine before installing Norton Antivirus 2011? NO

1) Can you please run liveupdate repeatedly until you get all latest updates. (If liveupdates asks for a reboot then please do it,

     After reboot please run liveupdate again until you get all the latest updates)

2) In Firefox under "Options"->"Add-Ons"->"Extensions" and check whether "Norton Toolbar" is "ENABLED"?
