I installed with the downloard manager.

I tried to ran the full reputation scan, but it said that it couldn't connect to the Norton server, so it ended after only a few minutes.

My guess would to be uninstall NIS 2012 and then reinstall from the .exe installer (which I just downloaded). That's what I always did before.

Do you think I can just uninstall and reinstall NIS 2012, or should I really run the cleanup tool, etc, first?
