I have exactly the same problem as david100ny.

I just upgraded from NIS 2011 to 2012 and all my USB devices won't work anymore.

I'm also on a Dell Laptop (XPS L501X), have two USB slots (both 3.0) and a Renesas USB 3.0 host controller.

I'm also running Windows 7 64 bit.

My device manager tells me that the host controller can not be started (code 10).

Has there been any update on that topic by now?
