I think it's ok to distribute the patch in a controlled manner, but for those that want the patch right away there should be a manual download link available as well. I bought a license two months ago, but had some very annoying issues so i had to use another av software. Now i have to reinstall the version without the patch and wait until i get the update that might take hours, days or weeks for all i know. If i could download the patch manually i think that would be a much better solution then sit and wait without any knowledge how long i have to wait. Also a release notes would be a good idea. At the moment i have no idea if this patch solve my problem and not even able to download the patch to try it out since there is not download link. Now i reinstalled the software and hoping to receive the patch as soon as possible and have to admit i find it a bit annoying.
