Ok, there have been a lot of discussions of this, but it looks as if the bottom line is that Norton can't fix this and it's necessary to try a number of 3rd-party products/scripts, etc. Am I missing something?

You are missing something, because you don't understand, and you are not in the Malware Removal field.

Are you getting redirected in Internet Explorer now??

I have not gotten redirected at all today, but haven't been browsing much - mostly staying on government sites for work.  Yesterday I did get redirected a few times, but much less frequent than before.  Are you still seeing evidence of a virus?

You do still have some odd searchscope entries, the ADS entry and odd locat enties to shift.

I will have to script for that.

Yes, I still have OTL.  No redirects today or yesterday, so I think the problem must be resolved.  Let me know if there are any other steps I can take to complete the process.  Thanks so much for your help.
