The image you presented here is what I see on my and the Mrs when we click on Renew.

If I read you correct, am I to go into her account > profile and change her name to mine and likewise, change her email to mine, so that it will show myself having two (both) accounts? Also, would this include changing the billing information on hers to read mine?
