I completely agree with delphinium. In general, running two security programs which both have realtime protection is not a good idea at all. The programs can interfere with each other (e.g. threat detection) and cause problems on your computer instead of, as is frequently and erroneously thought, adding to its protection.
If you want an extra program as an additional layer of protection, you can download and install the free version of Malwarebytes from the link below - the free version does not have realtime protection and will not interfere with NIS 2010:

And finally, remember that computer protection is also dependent on your actions and the maintenance of, for instance, safe surfing habits and keeping your operating system, programs etc. up-to-date.
