Have you tried updating again? The updates have to be propogated across the Akamai data centers, and sometimes that can take several hours.

The update might also have been downloaded silently. Please use the Finder to display the version of Norton Confidential. It should be version 1.3.1. If you have version 1.3.1 and the toolbar is still not visible in Safari 5, please let us know. If LiveUpdate doesn't find any updates and you are still running Norton Confidential 1.3, also please let us know.
