In this context, "import" doesn't mean actually moving or copying the folder; it simply means reading the contents of the folder. That step normally is not required as Ghost will by default recognize the storage location. It provides a way to tell Ghost to, in effect, refresh its memory if necessary.

 

Have you reviewed the section of the user manual that I mentioned previously? That gives a reasonably detailed explanation of how the recovery process works. In essence, you'll search (as vinod wrote) for the files that you want to recover. Once you've identified the files you want restored, you'll specify where you want them restored (normally to the original location), and the recovery will be completed.
