Where to go to resolve a wrongly blocked URL when using the Norton DNS, a cloud based service

We are currently using Norton DNS, a cloud based service.  There is a legit site that my users tried to get to.  Norton DNS blocked the site as pornography.   I am trying to get to the correct party to report this so it can be resolve.  So far no luck.   Does any one have any suggestion?  I have tried  http://safeweb.norton.com/  and it said  " This site has not been tested yet".  I went to different web  sites to check this site.  This site has not been evaluated nor this is part of a porn site any where but Norton DNS is blocking it and said it is a pornography site.   Need to resolve.
