I PURCHASED NORTON. I DID NOT STEAL ANUTHING

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PROBLEM IS ? WHAT HAPPEND WAS THATMICROSOFT EDGE WAS DEFECTED, BECAUSE MAYBE IT WAS BECAUSE OF A CERTAIN LOCATION THAYT I MAY HAVE HAD DEELETED MY ERRROR. 

HP HELP ME WITH FIXING WINDOWS AND STALLLING THE NEW WINDOWS YESTERDAY BY DOWNLOADING SOME OD THEIR DOWLOADS THAT TROUBLE SHOOT THE ISSUES . 

ALSO WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCES OF TRYING TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM, I DELETED NORTONS FOLDER WHEN I RESTORED THE SYSTEM, BUT I HAD THE LINK AND THE REDCEIPTS ALONG WITH INSTRUCTONS ON HOW TO GO ABOUT REINSTALLING WHAT WAS NEEDED. I THINK THAT MAYBE YOU GOTY THE IMPRESSION THAT I HACKED YOUR PRODUCT OR WHO KNOWS WHAT?  I PROVIDED YOU WILL RECEIPTR ALONG W LIC PMY ACOOUNT IS ACTIVE UNTIL FEB OF 2020. I BELIVE. ANYWAYS I'M SURE ITS ACTIGVE. YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT ITS ON MY ACCCOUNT.

DID I MISS INSTALLLINF SOME NEEDED PRODUCTS OR DID I GO OVERBOARD OR WHAT. I DON'T GET IT. 

PLEASE ADVISE. I TRIED YOU LIVE CHAT BUT ONCE THE AGENT STARTS TO CHAT AND YOU HIM THE PROBLEM HE LOCKS YOU OUT AND WONT LET YOU IN TO RESPOND BACK,SO I DONT KNAW WHAT YOU NEEED.
