My son has an HP laptop running Windows 10. We have Norton Family Version 22.214.171.124. I'm trying to initiate school time on his laptop, from the Norton Family app on my phone. My app says it's initiated, but it doesn't show up on his laptop. It initiated just fine yesterday (although it did not block the website that I added to the list of restricted websites). Some days Norton Family functions great (and blocks what it should) other days it doesn't. Drives me crazy and I waste so much time trying to "fix" Norton each week! I have tried restarting his laptop, rebooting my phone, initiating school time from the website instead of the app.... nothing is working! And my internet is working just fine and is very fast, so that's not the issue. Meanwhile my son is not getting his math done while I am trying to resolve this issue! So frustrating, Norton!! Please help!!
