Bonjour,

Depuis peu, norton 360 deluxe est inactif sur mon Samsung Galaxy A3 2016. Voulant réinstaller votre logiciel (via GooglePlay), j'ai le message "votre appareil n'est pas compatible avec cette version". Aucun solution de substitution ne m'est proposé.

Merci de votre aide.

Recently, norton 360 deluxe is inactive on my Samsung Galaxy A3 2016. Wanting to reinstall your software (via GooglePlay), I got the message "your device is not compatible with this version". No substitute solution is offered to me.

What Android version do you have on your device?  Norton apps are pushing the minimum operating system version to Android 6. It appears your device can be updated to Android 6, so check to see if you have the latest version installed on your device.

Quelle version d'Android as-tu sur ton appareil ? Les applications Norton poussent la version minimale du système d'exploitation vers Android 6. Il semble que votre appareil puisse être mis à jour vers Android 6, alors vérifiez si la dernière version est installée sur votre appareil.

J'ai la version Nougat (7.0.0). Norton fonctionnait parfaitement au début. J'ai ce soucis depuis 3 semaines environ.

I have the Nougat version (7.0.0). Norton worked flawlessly at first. I have had this concern for about 3 weeks.

From a PC, log into your Norton Account at  https://my.norton.com  and click on the Download button. Choose to install on another device and send the email to an account that you can access from your phone. Open the email on that phone and follow the directions. See if this gets you the correct product to install.

Depuis un PC, connectez-vous à votre compte Norton à l'adresse  https://my.norton.com   et cliquez sur le bouton Télécharger. Choisissez d'installer sur un autre appareil et envoyez l'e-mail à un compte auquel vous pouvez accéder depuis votre téléphone. Ouvrez l'e-mail sur ce téléphone et suivez les instructions. Voyez si cela vous donne le bon produit à installer.

je viens d'essayer et le problème reste le même: je suis redirigé vers Google Play qui m'indique le même message.

Sorry. I thought the minimum OS requirement was Android 6. I see on the Google Play Store that the minimum OS version is now listed as Android 8. So unfortunately, there is no way to install on your device.

Désolé. Je pensais que la configuration minimale du système d'exploitation était Android 6. Je vois sur le Google Play Store que la version minimale du système d'exploitation est désormais répertoriée comme Android 8. Donc, malheureusement, il n'y a aucun moyen de l'installer sur votre appareil.

It's a shame. I paid for the product and it was ok until 2 months ago. Norton didn't even care to notify me or propose me an alternative solution.

Thank you for the link, though this announcement from Norton is a bit late and looks more like a fait accompli. I'm still puzzled about the fact that they don't offer any other solution such as Norton Security (i.e. the version before the 360 suite). Basically Norton means that I should either buy a new Smartphone or go to their competitor. What a curious behaviour!
