Need help with Norton on my Mac. Not able to reach support

I too have had it. Norton apparently cannot fix their Norton 360 issues for Mac. Tech support could care less. After 20+ years using their products I will research and find a competitor to use. I have had to uninstall and reinstall Norton 360 approximately 10 times in the past 10 months. I have contacted Tech Support about 10 times. After an average of well over one hour working with them, they refer the problem to next level support and promise me a call back. I have NEVER received a call back. WARNING: If Tech Support says they will call you back, it is their way of closing the ticket. It is a LIE. Whenever I call back with the existing trouble ticket number asking why second level support has not called back as promised, they promise, again, that second level will call back within the stated time. NOT true. They have NEVER called back; it is their way of ignoring the problem. As long as they get their renewal fee, why fix the problem? After 20+ years it is time to find a product that is stable enough not to need frequent uninstall/reinstall/re-setting up and a product with Tech Support that will work with its customers.
