Norton Utilities Error 6, No Response from Support

Keep getting Error 6 Code when attempting to activate Norton Utilities.

Reported and had remote support, Winsock and FlushDNS do not resolve the issue. Log files have been collected and sent to L3 supposedly. Two other machines I have activated with the key.

Have called support over 20 times and keep getting the same response that L3 is working on the case and I will be contacted, it's been over a month now.

I am currently speaking with Trading Standards and also reported the issue to BBC Watchdog to name and shame the service received. I have had no reply in any form whatsoever.

Another user had a similar issue that was resolved by reinstalling on all three devices in a particular order. See this post.   https://community.norton.com/en/comment/8513426#comment-8513426
