I have Norton 360 Deluxe installed on 5 devices, 2 Windows and 3 Android. I believe that I should have Dark Web monitoring, and it should be listed in my available services, but there are no entries that I can fined with from the PC control app, or the MyNorton web portal.
What am I missing in my setup?

Please run Norton LiveUpdate with machine Restart (not Shut down). Repeat.
If that does not help.
Other than refreshing your Norton 360 v22.22.3.9 install.

Thank you for your advice. I have run live update 5 times and restarted the PC after each attempt, My version remains at 22.22.2.10. I also downloaded the latest Norton installer files, but remained at the same level!!
Attached is My Norton view showing the absence of Dark Web monitoring. PS, how do you attach an image directly, I am told only TXT, PDF and ZIP files are permitted attachments, and no paste of an image into the content

If you had Dark Web Monitoring feature at some time...then...I've no idea why Dark Web Monitoring feature would vanish.
If you never had Dark Web Monitoring feature...then...I'm curious about the software vendor.

Today (April 22, 2022), My Dark Web Monitoring has disappeared , along with its' green circle. Can anyone say why this has happened?

This is in response to my previous post (Robert 100).
I looked up my working components using the link to the MyNorton dashboard online, and the Dark Web Monitoring is in green, and showing as active.
But on the Norton startup screen on my desktop, Dark web has disappeared, and there is now a blank white space.

I would remove Norton 360 using the remove only tool and then make sure you have deleted all Norton registry entries, files, settings and all other leftover vestiges using Ccleaner or some other third party cleaner. Those leftovers will cause you problems and the tool does not remove all.
Download of the tool will start when you click the link.
Then go ahead and reinstall a clean Norton 360 from the web portal and see if your Dark Web monitoring shows up in the interface. Since it is in place and working via the online web portal the problem must lie in the interface downloaded to your PC.

Thank you xojx, for your information about removing and reinstalling Norton,
But I came home at noon time just now, and the Dark Web Monitoring (says Monitoring Active) is now showing on my desktop MyNorton.
Also I forgot that the Privacy Monitor was missing, now it is there, (Showing as active, and says enrolled). Somehow I don't believe I ever had that. (I'm not even sure what it is).
(I hope that Norton has not snuck in a new component on me).
Perhaps this has something to do with me going online and checking My Norton there.
So, for myself, things have been fixed. I hope all of you will get fixed also.

Would you believe .... (screen shot should be here)
I come home again 2:45 PM. Dark Web Monitoring is GONE AGAIN. I have always had that! It has always shown as active.
And the newly shown up "Privacy Monitor" is also GONE. (there is nothing on the next page). I have no cell phone or tablet. I only have the desktop computer. The google chrome browser is not installed.

Let me say that at about 3:30 PM, (the computer was left running, I believe Norton was "on" in the tray. I clicked on the tray icon, and everything was back again. See this screenshot, notice the time. And the Privacy Monitor is shown "enabled" on the second screen.
I know and appreciate that a couple of you guys have probably made some good workable suggestions. I will wait and see if this correct change holds permanently. I am just hating being a slave to the Norton company. Having spent hours correcting their problems on my computer. I will try your solutions (easiest first) if this doesn't hold. Thanks Again.

Yep, the vertical scroll bar is back, too.

I'm reporting this from the next day (Saturday morning, 4/23/2022, 7:00 AM)
All the items are still displaying properly. I'm thinking that some update occurred from Norton. I didn't do any updating.
I hope that this thing is now fixed, but who knows.

Here's what I was presented with today -
I am truly tired about the way this program operates. I checked online and no solution came up. Then I closed the program, then when I restarted, It slowly filled in the MyNorton desktop screen with the components. Now showing Parental Controls added.
I'm through with this thread.
