RTX 3090 ti NOT on Crypto Adapter White List?

I was doing some additional work on the 3090 ti matter where I reloaded my PC's OS and Crypto was no longer mining with this card, and I believe it is no longer on the adapter white list ("No viable gpu found that can support crypto mining" message in the log once I realized you have to select "Full History" to find that nugget of information).

I'm certain that it was mining when I first installed it (I recall it being ~10 percent better than the 3090s I have), so I suspect that somehow it was (inadvertently?) removed from the white list. Please note that the 3090 ti is a full hash rate card, and is quite capable, so I believe it should be (re)added to the adapter white list.

3090 Ti has been added to the allowed list. Can you try again now ?

It is working now... apparently it takes a little time to interrogate the "allowed list"? To answer your question, the information requested is:

Device ID: 10DE 2203 49853842

Thanks for your help!
