Norton 360 lässt sich nicht installieren Android

Hello, I had to buy a new mobile phone and the installation works on one of them, but the activation doesn't work because. 1. No other license ( 4 of 5 ) and at 2. This version is not for this region. All my devices are in Thailand and all devices are activated except this one. Thank you for the quick help and greetings Mike

What country were you in when you originally purchased your Norton 360 subsciption? If not in Thailand, the devices you already activated should continue to work. But Activating a new device would not work due to Norton's geographic locking of subscriptions. Thank you for your prompt reply. I have been living in Thailand for 5 years, until now it has always more or less worked. I bought 2 new phones here, and the first one could be activated without any problems. Then I deleted my old cell phone from the license to protect the 5th one as well. I did the installation exactly the same as the first one, only here Norton bucks.

Are both new phones identical? What make and Android version is on these new phones?

How did you do the installation? Directly from the Google Play Store or from an email from your Norton Account? If using the email from your Account, be sure you use a separate email for each phone, as the email invitation is only good for one device.

Hello The phones are 1x Samsung Galaxy A73 5G with Android 12 and 1x Samasung Galaxy A03 with Android 11. I have or wanted to install the same for both. Talk to the QR scanner about my Norton account. It worked with the A73 and with the A03 there is either a message that there is no free license, although only 4 of 5 have been used. Or I get the message that my Norton doesn't work in Thailand.

Have you verified the number of devices available in your Norton Account? Log into your Account and click on the user icon at the top right, then click on Manage my Subscriptions. Find your current 360 subscription and click on Manage Licenses. You may have to scroll to see all devices. Be sure you still only have 4 devices shown there. If there is a 5th device, determine which one you no longer use and click on the trash can beside that to free up the activation. Then try a fresh install on the last phone.
