I need to add our adult son to our LIFELOCK account. There is no place to do that online on our account. Called customer service and barely understood what the lady was talking about. She spoke very fast with a very thick accent and kept saying "you know" and "ok" every other word. I thought I got most of it but I was wrong. After the call ended I checked our account online. I still CAN NOT add our son. The only option available is for Norton services for a minor. My son is an adult and doesn't need Norton.
Secondly, what it appears the customer service person did was upgrade my husbands account to include Norton (that he doesn't need or want) and changed everything to auto renew. I asked her to combine the billing so we get ONE bill, make MY ACCOUNT the main account (instead of my husband) and make it so we can add our ADULT son to LIFELOCK ONLY. She didn't do any of that.
I am extremely disappointed in how confusing and difficult this company has become to work with since Norton and LifeLock merged.
Other questions: How do I change the account so mine is the main account and my husband's is the sub-account? How do I get rid of the Norton on my husband's account that the customer service added? He only needs LifeLock.
