there are too many problems going on now to even explain, but at least in the wallet it shows  gain in etherium, it is really messed up

My Norton Crypto app shows zero balance for days now and value in my wallet is not increasing over time.

hello, your not the only one,the same thing happens to me once in awhile, but this time it seems to be gaining in the wallet, but have had the same as you a few times. my rigs show all zeros too in the mining app, for a couple days now, the password manager is not working correctly neither

We see no issues on the backend and things appear to be running properly. My 2 machines are behaving as expected as well.

Can you try and make sure you have the latest updates, and a full clean reboot to see if that solves the issue.

first things I thought of yesterday, will try all that right now, even the hashrate is all over the place, ok tried updates, rebooting, still all the same problems, one rig need me to sign in to see my balance but wont let me sign in, says server error,  the hashrate do not match from client to portal, way off most of the time, password manager is messed up too, not sending link to my phone.

still no luck, tried updates reboots, zip zero nada !! but it is good that there is gain showing in portal, at least the last time I checked

I noticed the hashrate is matching more closely between client and portal, but about 10 percent off always changing, that seems normal from my experience

all 3 rigs show zero balance, zero everything accept the amount of ethereium per day and month, no cash money is visible anywhere but the portal, it started with windows11 and migrated two 2 windows 10 rigs, still going on, the portal is working but the hash is  way off between client and portal most of the time

Norton Crypto has been like this for about 2 day or more now. 

This is on Win 10.

I have up restarted my PC several times also ran Live Update several time.

Are we suppose to keep Mining Blindly? Is this thing even working because it clearly say Mining Ethereum plus on the web browser when I log in says it is Mining also my Balance is even going up of which I have multiple Screenshots of but No On Seem To Be Addressing This Are We Get Paid Or Should We Stop Mining Till This Is RESOLVE otherwise We Are Mining For No Reason/Getting Robbed.

First you are not being robbed. If the value is going up it is clearly mining and there is a disconnect somewhere between the client view and the backend. Are you logged in on the client?

I keep mining as long as the balance is increasing when I sign into the wallet, usually it hangs on me but not this time around.

Yes I am logged in to My Norton on my PC. Base on Pass Experience I have to think that way I not sure what you would call your balance being stuck for hours to days in the Pass while there is an "Unknown Issues" Being Fixed on your end but you as an User of Norton Crypto see your PC and the Website says that you are Mining even though your balance is stuck , so you let Norton Crypto keep running/Mining the whole time only to find out when the "Unknown Issues" Is Fixed hours to days later that your balance resumes exactly from where it was before the "Unknown Issues" started. Meaning your PC was Working For Free/Wasting Energy "Mining"/Getting Robbed.

yes very frustrating sometimes, you make good points, only problems once in awhile, to be expected with a new system. I trust Norton with my life everyday, they have never let me down once. also I never had a computer crash while using Norton, and there is a cyber war going on, I am glad they are letting little old me run on the big one !!

@OhZz, from all the details we have of all of our miners we don't believe there is a case where the "balance resumes exactly from where it was before the "Unknown Issues" started" 

Each time your balance is increased based on the shares your machine has mined successfully, that is recorded. As I said in the earlier post, it does appear to be a disconnect between the client and the server, but if your balance is moving up and you see a hash rate similar to what the client is reporting that would indicate that things are working properly.

Can you send me a private message with your email address and I can have someone take a closer look?

And @OhZz, did the balance remain the same (as it should)? Meaning when you saw the balance in the client it matched the updated balance that was on the server (web portal)?
