This has been the same for a few days

it is on th eclient side.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but now it wont let me log in either.
I can log in on the web site, but not on the pc app

Where did you get the Norton 360 download from? Did you log into your account and download from there?
It sounds as if the locale is not matching when you downloaded.

it was downloaded from my account. I can login on theweb site but not the client

On the web when you go to your wallet what do you see, GBP or $?

So that seems like the locale is correct for the web, but for your Norton 360 client, the software thinks it's in the US locale.
Let me ask the team and get back to you.
When you state you cannot log in from the client, what is the error you get?
