VPN connects but doesn't work when country is set to India

My Norton 360's VPN has been set to India as I belong to south-east Asia. For the past few days, I have been noticing that VPN connects to Indian region but there's no internet connection at all. I thought Norton VPN was down again but today I changed the region to some other country and it's working. It just won't work if the country is set to India at all. Is there any updates from Norton on this issue?

Thanks for reply. I just tried India again and its working. Not sure why it was not working few days back.
