Crypto mining not showing

I opened Norton 360 this afternoon and normally I would see the status of my crypto mining. However, I am not seeing it nor the option to set it up. Did it get deactivated?

I just checked both of my machines and they appear to be working fine, as well as the backend systems. Could you try a reboot and also make certain you are logged in?
