Can I use corporate discount coupon for subscription renewal

Hello,

I have a corporate discount coupon and wanted to get the discount on renewal cost. So how do I use the corporate discount coupon ? Do I cancel auto renewal and once subscription expires, then purchase the subscription with corporate discount coupon?

Please let me know.

Any attempts to get any discount on an actual Norton renewal, as opposed to purchasing a new subscription, would have to be handled by Norton Support.    www.norton.com/contactcs
