Norton Crypto - Hash Rate Stuck Calculating and Utilization 0%

I recently upgraded my GPU to an AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT and Norton 360 realised I had a better GPU and Norton 360 offered for me to turn my idle tim into cash )or whatever) and I enabled the mining feature.  During idle time the status on the My Norton is Green and says "Mining Ethereum" however the projected eraning are 0.00000000ETH per day and per month.  The Hash Rate is "Calculating... and Utilization is 0%.  When I open my wallet and go to the mining tab it shows I am "IDLE" with a Hash Rate of 0.00 MH/s. 

I have contacted support twice and both reps seemed to have no clue to what I was talking able.  The second rep said they could get me with the Norton Cryupto support team then after making me hold for 5 minutes said she could not give out their number and said that the reason it was still calculating and showing me as idle is because it is still in a testing phase and will just take time for it to fully activate.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Norton software, manually live updating and restarting (even did a live update and patch today (Saturday 13 Aug 2022)) and to no avail the miner is not working.  I was hoping to mine a little Ethereum before they stop allowing ETH mining.

Since you stated you can see the miner panel, it must have recognized your GPU.

Is it possible that the GPU is considered an LHR (light hash rate) and therefore our mining process may not work.

When I look up that specific card it does not appear to be an LHR, but want to check anyway.

Have you recently done a windows update to make sure you have the latest updates? Also do you have the latest GPU drivers installed as you changed your card?

Hi Matt,

Thank you for your reply.  Yes, I have checked and both Windows is up to date and the drivers for my GPU are up to date as well.
