I've set up another suscription that I don't want.

Somehow I've ended up with a second subscription after I stopped auto renewal on the one I already have. The website says contact Customer service but I'm stuck in eternal loop. I only did it today and know I can cancel but how?

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription details nor payment method.  

  • Norton sends (for annually recurring subscriptions) email notice (with price, term, and related details) usually about 30-45 days before current term expire. 
  • Users report Norton pulls recurring subscription payment usually about 30-45 days before current term expire. 
  • Users report not being able to change Automatic Renewal Service setting about 30-45 days before current term expire. 

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription details nor payment method. 
Please Contact Norton Support regarding your subscription/refund.
