If you received an email and you have not recently renewed or purchased from Norton, check the senders email address against this information.  Is this email from Norton legitimate? 

If you have not recently had a transaction with Norton, and the email is not from the information is not in the link above, this is a scam. Do not click on any links, or make any contact from that email.

If it is a legitimate email, you can contact Norton Support and ask them to help sort out the issue.   www.norton.com/contactcs  If using the chat feature, when asked to input any information, enter  "Agent Please" to get you out of the chat bot and in contact with a human.
