I have a current sub. and "You no longer protected" comes up

I have a current 2 yr sub . One of my computers is saying "You are no longer protected and and backed up files no longer available" . Has Renew now and Subscribe now on Norton pop up. My other machines are fine. Can anyone suggest a way to fix this please.

What device and OS version are you using?

You have posted in a mobile product board (phones and tablets), but it sounds like a Windows message you are seeing. If so, open the classic 360 interface. If you are seeing the new My Norton interface, click on Open beside Device Security. Then click on Help > Subscription Status. That will connect to the Norton subscription servers and sync your device's subscription information.

I had a Bullguard antivirus which has now expired. We renewed with Norton but it has not appeared on my windows laptop. How do I fix this

Can you go to https://my.norton.com and then sign in with your bullguard credentials, once you have done that you might see the option of Bullguard as well as Norton,if that do appear then select Norton and proceed. Once you are in your Norton account, click on the profile icon in the top right corner and then click on manage my subscriptions, there you will see your subscription and an option of "download" click on it to download your Norton subscription.

Cheers, tried DLing again.. didn't resolve unfortunately. Have contacted support and see if they can resolve.... just takes soooooooooooooooo long to get past bots

Got a REAL person on support and they removed the device and reinstalled, then I could reactivate it. All sorted!

Amazing how quickly a real person can resolve things!
