unable to install Norton / Norton 360 on Windows 11

Hello,  this is the second post i've submitted.  Recently bought a new laptop, and when i follow the instructions to download Norton, i keep receiving the message "Norton cannot be installed on this system".   I've followed all the other "advice" from other forum users, with the same result.   Someone please help, otherwise i would like my subscription back please.
