Norton 360 VPN does not connect on MacOs Ventura 13.1

After upgrading to macOS Ventura, now version 13.1, VPN cannot connect anymore. I did try to remove and add VPN Filter in the networking settings but that did not help. Initial install/reinstall asks to hit Allow, I did that multiple times. But Connect VPN button always pop a dialog as in the attached image, I click continue, and nothing it can wait for an hour no connection.Bild wird moderiert

Good luck finding a solution because all you get are more queries for the same problem.  Wake up Norton, we pay you a big sum of money for zero on-the-spot advice regarding something we've already paid for in our subscription!
