If anyone has any suggestions, because support chat are useless, I would appreciate hearing if anyone has solved the issue of Chrome extension for Password Manager needing "repair" every time Chrome is opened, following a significant Norton update to the main NIS software
It's incredibly annoying, happens every time, and the Devs do not appear to care enough to address this.
Reinstalling the extension or the main NIS program does not solve this. Nor does restarting the computer (the best suggestion from chat support). Chrome is up to date. Issue only happens after a NIS update.
Wondered if there is an email address to which these findings can be reported straight to Devs, given there is no faith in the "reporting" of the Chat Support team. Anyone have an email please?
