How to Cancel a Renewal Debited 30 days before my Norton Account is Due

My Norton Account is Due for Renewal on 21 March 2023. I was going to cancel Norton as I am sick of them continually trying to get me to pay more for extra cover, however I now find that Norton has already debited my back account for the renewal amount 30 DAYS before it is due and they will not let me reverse this payment. I am using a Company like Norton to protect me from scammers and the like but this result makes Norton seem like the scammers that we are paying them to protect us from!

You need to contact Norton support by phone or chat to resolve your issue.

Just curious as to why you kept auto renewal in place if you had decided to cancel your subscription. Why not just go into your account immediately and change that? Were you unaware that Norton processes these payments well in advance?

I have asked your subscription details to be removed per the forum rules.

Be sure you have turned off auto renewal for all active subscriptions. If you then purchase and activate a new product key, you have to go and turn off auto renewal for that new subscription.
