Apply Patch not updating/working

For the past 2 weeks whenever I have been clicking on LiveUpate and it advises a Patch need to be applied. I have clicked on Apply Now and nothing happens, I don't get the Window indicating the patch is being applied. I have even clicked on Apply Later and shutdown my PC and then started again but issue still exists. I've also clicked on Restart but the patch is still not installed. I'm running Windows 10.

Can anyone offer a solution?

Please advise your Norton 360 version.  Are you 22.23.4.5?

Please run Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool to refresh your Norton install.

Download and run the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool for Windows

Tool will remove and reinstall your Norton 360.  You may need your Norton account Sign In credentials.

Be patient with NR&R Tool process flow. Tool will remove Norton... Restart your machine... after machine returns to Desktop... be patient for Reinstall to start.  After Norton install > run Norton LiveUpdate + Restart machine.   Repeat.

You may need to run LiveUpdate and reboot a few times before your product is completely updated to the latest version.

After Norton install > review Norton Settings to your preference.   
Confirm Norton LiveUpdate runs.  Confirm Norton QuickScan runs.

Please post back progress.

This has fixed the problem. I downloaded Norton Remove and Reinstall tool and I am now able to Apply Patches. Also ran LiveUpDate and Norton QuickScan and all working normally now.

I checked and had Norton 360 version 22.23.4.6
