Kündigung

The computer on which the software was installed was scrapped. I cannot cancel Norton as described.

If you are just trying to regain your activation for use on another computer, log into your Norton Account. Then click on the user icon at the top right and click on My Subscriptions. Find your current subscription and click on Manage Licenses. Find the device you wish to remove and click on the trash can beside that device. That will free up the activation.

If you do not have any other devices on the subscription and you wish to cancel the subscription, log into your Norton Account and be sure you have turned off Automatic Renewal for your current subscription. Your subscription will still run until the expiry date in case you need it again. 

Wenn Sie nur versuchen, Ihre Aktivierung für die Verwendung auf einem anderen Computer wiederherzustellen, melden Sie sich bei Ihrem Norton Account an. Klicken Sie dann oben rechts auf das Benutzersymbol und dann auf Meine Abonnements. Suchen Sie Ihr aktuelles Abonnement und klicken Sie auf Lizenzen verwalten. Suchen Sie das Gerät, das Sie entfernen möchten, und klicken Sie auf den Papierkorb neben diesem Gerät. Dadurch wird die Aktivierung frei.

Wenn Sie keine anderen Geräte im Abonnement haben und das Abonnement kündigen möchten, melden Sie sich bei Ihrem Norton Account an und vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie die automatische Verlängerung für Ihr aktuelles Abonnement deaktiviert haben. Ihr Abonnement läuft noch bis zum Ablaufdatum, falls Sie es erneut benötigen.
