Sichere fortlaufende Benachrichtigungen funktionieren nicht

Wir besitzen mehrere Mobilgeräte und haben auf einigen davon Probleme, dass die "sichere fortlaufende Benachrichtigung" nicht dauerhaft funktioniert.

Dies bedeutet: Nachdem man die Funktion einschaltet ist das Symbol links oben in der Statusleiste für eine Weile verfügbar, verschwindet dann aber irgendwann. Option ausschalten und wieder einschalten behebt das Problem - manchmal für ein paar Stunden, oft aber nur für ein paar Minuten.

Betroffen sind folgende Geräte, alle mit Version 5.57.0.230310007:

Handy Nokia 5.3, Android 12

Handy Nokia 5.4, Android 12

Tablet Nokia T20, Android 12

Das Problem ist, dass ich nicht weis, ob das Programm arbeitet, wenn ich die Nachricht nicht sehe - könnte auch schon längst abgestürzt oder beendet sein....

Bitte dringend um eine Lösung!

Auf einem Tablet Samsung SM-P610 mit Andorid 13 funktioniert es bisher problemlos!!!

We have multiple mobile devices and we're having issues with some of them with "Secure Continuous Notification" not working consistently.

This means: After turning on the function, the icon in the top left of the status bar is available for a while, but then eventually disappears. Turning the option off and back on fixes the problem - sometimes for a few hours, but often only for a few minutes.

The following devices are affected, all with version 5.57.0.230310007:

Cell phone Nokia 5.3, Android 12

Cell phone Nokia 5.4, Android 12

Tablet Nokia T20, Android 12

The problem is that I don't know if the program is working if I don't see the message - it could have crashed or quit long ago....

Please urgently for a solution!

On a Samsung SM-P610 tablet with Andorid 13 it works without any problems so far!!!

 And 

I've posted the problem before (old thread), it's been there for quite some time now without a solution, sometimes it works for days, then it goes out all the time. I also noticed that the App Advisor for Google Play doesn't work either.

You have to turn the notifications and the app advisor off and on again every time, then it works again until it just doesn't work anymore.

Maybe Norton will find a solution after all, because without a notification I always think the app isn't running.

I have the problem with 3 phones and 2 tablets.

This issue has been reported in the English forums here.  That thread has been escalated to Norton for proper diagnosis.

Dieses Problem wurde hier im englischen Forum gemeldet. Dieser Thread wurde zur korrekten Diagnose an Norton eskaliert.

Habe das Problem schon mal geposted (Alter Thread), ist jetzt schon seit geraumer Zeit da ohne Lösung, mal geht es tagelang, dann geht es ständig aus. Habe noch festgestellt, dass der App Berater für Google Play dann auch nicht funktioniert.

Man muss jedesmal die Benachrichtigungen und den App Berater Aus- und wieder Einschalten, dann geht es wieder bis es eben nicht mehr geht.

Vielleicht findet Norton ja doch mel eine Lösung, denn ohne Benachrichtigung denke ich immer, die App läuft nicht.

Habe das Problem mit 3 Handys und 2 Tablets.

Ich habe deinen Thread gesehen, aber da er geschlossen ist konnte ich dort nicht weiter schreiben - daher einen neuen gestartet. :-)

Hoffen wir, das Norton endlich den Allerwertesten hoch bekommt und das Problem löst.

Hallo,

ja genau das Problem kann ich auch aktuell beobachten, im Moment hilft nur manuell wieder aktivieren der Benachrichtigungen..
