Zahl auf Icon

I constantly have a 1 on the icon and can't get rid of it. Also, you can't find an email address from Norton anywhere, why? I have the PC. What kind of virus protection is this??? It never happened with Eset, next year I'll switch again, no matter if it costs more but I don't need to be angry all the time.

The number 1 showing on the icon represents that you have 1 notification from the 360 app that you can see by pulling down from the top of your screen. If you only have a 1, it is probably indicating a completed scan. And you are correct, that that notification cannot be dismissed. You can stop the little numbers from being displayed on the icon by going to Android Settings > Apps and tap on Norton 360. Then tap on Notifications, then turn off App icon badges. That will stop those little numbers.
