I opted for mobile Norton protection for my iPhone through my Proximus partner and key provided does not allow me a subscription to the license.

I would not worry about not being able to use Norton Mobile Security for an iphone. It offers no security features on IOS devices, and you can get the few features that do work on IOS for free from Apple.
Just install the Find my Phone app and register at iCloud for your contact backups. Both are free.
