Bonjour,

Impossible d'accéder au mode Parents, soit je n'ai pas de réseau, et il me dit, problème réseau, soit j'ai du réseau, et il me dit problème de certificat vérifiez l'heure.

Le problème, je ne peux accéder aux paramètres, pour ajouter un réseau wifi, ou simplement pour changer l'heure.

Dans la webapp du serveur family, j'ai désactivé les règles maison, mais elles ne sont pas mises à jour sur le téléphone, soit par manque de réseau, soit parce que le certificat du serveur à été rejeté à cause de la mauvaise date, que je ne peux pas modifier....

Cela se mort la queue, et le téléphone est bloqué.

I wasn't able to pass a call, as the schedule prohibited and i wasn't able to use any application not enabled in the authorized list.

You should fix that the parent mode must be reachable at any time any way even if the phone is out of any network. You should aware people that it's important to fix the date and a network before activating your software.

I did fix all this in wiping all data in the phone via the factory reset.

If you look at the house rules on the Family web site, go to the bottom of the page and set Allowed contacts on device. That allows the phone features to be used while the device is restricted by time.

Were you trying to access Parent mode from the three horizontal bars at the top left of the screen beside where it says Child Mode? When I tap that I see the option for Parent mode.
