NT/NIS toolbar disappears in Chrome

Hi: I recently installed Chrome on my computer. I installed the Norton Toolbar, Norton Identity Safe in Chrome. However, the toolbar seems to disappear and reappear without rhyme or reason. Please advise.

There is no ":lock" in Chrome.

I had a similar problem but it seems to of cleared itself.

Hello

After you have enabled it and it appears, have you locked the toolbars on your computer? Click on an empty space and check off Lock Toolbars. It's worded something like that. Perhaps that will help.

Hi 

I suggest you to right on the Google Chrome and select the option * Run as Administrator* and check. Also check if there any unwanted Extensions.

Try running live update.  That did it for me. At least for now...
