J'ai acheté la version Norton Security De Luxe pour 5 appareils.
Très facile de l'installer sur mon PC, mais comment procéder pour l'iPad et l'iPhone ???

I bought the Norton Security version Deluxe for 5 devices.
Very easy to install it on my PC, but how for the iPad and iPhone ???
To install on an IOS device, you go to the Apple App Store and look for Norton Mobile Security - Lost Phone Finder. You install the app from there and then when asked, sign into your Norton Account to activate the product.
One thing to note. There is no Anti Virus in the IOS versions. Just the lost phone finder and contact backup. And the lost phone finder only works is you have the app running all the time. A better, free solution, is to use Apple's Find my Phone app and iCloud.
Pour installer sur un périphérique IOS, vous allez à l'Apple App Store et recherchez Norton Mobile Security - Lost Phone Finder. Vous installez l'application à partir de là et lorsqu'on lui a demandé, vous connecter à votre compte Norton pour activer le produit.
Une chose à noter. Il n'y a pas Anti Virus dans les versions d'IOS. Juste perdus finder de téléphone et de sauvegarde de contact. Et le chercheur de téléphone perdu fonctionne seulement vous avez l'application en cours d'exécution tout le temps. Une meilleure solution libre, est d'utiliser Apple Trouver mon application Téléphone et iCloud.

Actually, the information is on the Norton Mobile Security product page https://mobilesecurity.norton.com. You have to scroll down to where there is an Android and an IOS tab. Clicking on the IOS tab explains what features are available for Apple devices. Unfortunately, it is not on the main Norton.com page where you get the information for the Norton Security products. I'll suggest they change that web page.
Here is an image of the English page. I could not find the French page.

IOS devices are a lot less vulnerable to infections. Many say no anti virus is needed??? Personally, I do not use any kind of AV on my iPad. But I do not visit the bad corners of the internet. And I do not click on any links in emails I do not recognise.
When you scroll down the Mobile Security web site in French, you will see this. As you can see, it warns that items with "*" are '
*Sur Android uniquement '. So as you see, there are only the three features that will work with IOS.
Sorry I could not be of more help.
If you have purchased Norton Security mainly for the Mobile protection, you could ask for a refund if you purchased less than 60 days ago.

Ce n'est pas à Norton que vous devez en vouloir, mais à Apple. Comme ces produits sont impossibles à pirater ( le contraire s'est pourtant déjà produit !!! ) Apple n'accepte aucun anti-virus sur ces appareils mais accepte l'installation de Norton pour les fonctions " Antivol et Sauvegarde des Contacts " ........

Je déclare forfait tant il est difficile de joindre Norton et me dirigerais vers d'autres antivirus ...dans 1 an !!

Unless you like the protection Norton gives for your PC. As noted, there are no Anti Virus solutions for IOS.
Sauf si vous aimez la protection Norton donne pour votre PC. Comme indiqué, il n'y a pas de solutions antivirus pour IOS.

I managed to get a one-month extension of my subscription, but I continue to Norton to arrange for my subscription for 2 years, as it was for them to arrange with Apple before to sell this product ...

J'ai réussi à avoir une prolongation d'un mois de mon abonnement, mais je continue auprès de Norton à faire le nécessaire pour que mon abonnement soit de 2 ans, vu que c'était à eux de faire le nécessaire auprès d'Apple avant de mettre en vente ce produit ...

Happy to hear you did get some compensation.
Norton did arrange with Norton what they could before introducing a product for IOS. Many years ago, IOS users pushed Norton for a product, so Norton put out what they could to try to satisfy those users.
One of the reasons that the Apple devices are less vulnerable to malware is that Apple does not share the programming APIs. So no new app is able to try to access another app. This makes it impossible for a security product to access the apps, or the IOS operating system it would want to scan.

Norton n'organiser avec Norton ce qu'ils pouvaient avant d'introduire un produit pour IOS. Il y a plusieurs années, les utilisateurs d'IOS ont poussé Norton pour un produit, de sorte que Norton a mis ce qu'ils pouvaient pour essayer de satisfaire les utilisateurs.
