Problème localisation permanente avec Norton Mobile Security

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques jours l'application Norton Mobile Security (Android) utilises la géolocalisation en permanence sur mon smartphone et cela a pour effet de réduire grandement l'autonomie de ma batterie.

Dans je journal d'activité de l'application il y a "Commande de localisation déclenchée" toute les deux minutes environ.

Pouvez-vous m'aider à solutionner ce problème?

First thing I would try is to delete the app cache and app data. To do this, go to Android Settings - Apps and look for Norton Mobile Security. After clearing the cache and data, restart the phone. You will have to sign in to your Norton Account to activate the full version again. Tap on the 3 bars at the top left of the NMS screen, then tap on Sign In.

La première chose que je voudrais essayer est de supprimer les données du cache de l'application et de l'application. Pour ce faire, allez dans Paramètres Android - Applications Android et recherchez Norton Mobile Security. Après avoir effacé le cache et les données, redémarrer le téléphone. Vous devrez vous connecter à votre compte Norton pour activer à nouveau la version complète. Appuyez sur les 3 barres en haut à gauche de l'écran NMS, puis appuyez sur Connexion.

Finalement j'ai redémarré mon smartphone et du coup je n'ai plus rencontré le problème.

Did you have to clear the app cache and data, or did you just restart the phone?

Heureux d'entendre votre téléphone fonctionne correctement maintenant.

Avez-vous de vider le cache de l'application et les données, ou avez-vous redémarrez simplement le téléphone?
