Pop-up warning that I have not enabled all of my Norton Security Products

I'm frequently having the pop-up warning from Norton that not all of my Norton Security products are enabled.            I check & find that I haven't enabled the Norton Home Page this relates to Norton Safe Search.                           What does concern me is that if I ignore the pop-up warning, Sid's Law will apply and I'll later find that my Norton Security Toolbar, Safe Search or Identity Safe have somehow become disabled.

So my question is how does having Norton Safe Search help "secure my IE11" & "protect me from phishing and other risky sites"?

Choosing not to install one or more of the Norton browser components will not cause any of the ones you have installed to become disabled.  Each is a separate entity.  Norton Safe Search is the Ask search engine with the ability to have Norton filter out known dangerous websites from the search results.
