Vault no access

Since 2 days ago Vault label in Norton Toolbar changed to Access Vault. A click bring a "Get Started with sign in" dialog box. Next step is try to sign in to Norton Account (I'm all time signed in) but the Norton Server answer is an error message " A network error is preventing access to your Norton Account. Check your computer's Internet connectivity or try again at a later time". My Internet connectivity is fine.

Someone can help me. Tanks

Please go to the following link and check to see if all Norton services are running:

https://status.norton.com/

Be sure you have restarted your computer. Not just shutting down at night and starting back up again. If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10, there can be an issue with the Fast Start feature.. See more information here.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
