Licensee renewal - norton antivirus
I renewed for another year via the product window. .I got an email that all was good. Then when I went to my norton account via https://account.norton.com/amsweb I got a message telling me that I had renewed, but with an incorrect password. I was never asked for a password. I said it was me. This seemed to clear things up. However it still keeps telling me my credit card is expiring. Obviously this part of Norton has obsolete data. How about a a more integrated approach? For now I am just ignoring the credit card message.
All I really wanted to do was turn off auto-renewal, Which seems to have worked.
