Can't remove Added/Blocked sites under "Shared" People

I can swipe and remove from the Blocked Sites under "Shared". However, they do not actually delete as when I exit Blocked Sites under "Shared" People, and exit and reenter it they have not actually been deleted. Any thoughts?  I have done several Resets with the deleted data, and that has not fixed. Thanks, Richard

Re: Can't remove Added/Blocked sites under "Shared" People

Which app Richard? I use the Android flavor and am seeing the same issue. I also am seeing "previously on your network" listing having populated devices that are long gone. Having been off the network for months, some almost a year yet its repopulated. Seem that the last firmware update is again causing issues where the cloud is pulling info that should have been removed ages ago. Both with your issue and the one I have as well. A full Core reinstall for me is out of the question.

Cheers

Re: Can't remove Added/Blocked sites under "Shared" People

Hello Soul

I have old devices which were gone come back into previously on your network. For example, my old printer. I have my new printer since around last Nov. It had disappeared after about a month and now is back. I got my new Android phone a few months ago and my old phone has returned. My son's old phone came back also.. He got a new phone the sane time I did.

Have a Good Night and

Thanks.

Re: Can't remove Added/Blocked sites under "Shared" People

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S6 with the 7.0 version of Android. Thanks for the reply. I've reset with data erase seven times crossing my fingers without success yet. I'd retire my Core, but despite it's issues, I still like the thing quite a bit despite having had a number of issues (and 7 resets) with it since my 3.31.2018 purchase. I've had a couple of decades of experience in various IT roles, and from my purview, my Core has issues in the firmware or hardware. They may be problems with specific to my Core or not. Between my time trying to fix the Core, and separate time with the Customer Support folks, I want them to replace my Core. Right now, it is not an if I will half to reset the Core, but whether it will be this week or next. I've had a long line of Norton products way back to the start with Norton Utilities on the command line, and that's a lot of years of brand loyalty. Anyway, thanks for the read here, and the help.  Richard
